1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit it. Cookies help, for example, to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, or measure how the site is used.

2. Which cookies we use

We use as few cookies as possible. We distinguish three types:

• Functional cookies: necessary for the website and platform to work (for example sign-in, language preference and session management). We place these without consent based on article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act.
• Analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We use a privacy-friendly configuration that does not share full IP addresses.
• Marketing cookies: only placed with your consent, for example for social media advertising or remarketing.

3. Third-party cookies

Some features rely on third-party services that set their own cookies. These may include:

• Analytics providers (such as Plausible, PostHog or Google Analytics in a privacy-friendly mode).
• Social media embeds (for example an embedded LinkedIn or Instagram post).
• Our payment provider for processing payments.

These cookies are also subject to the privacy policy of the relevant party. We try to keep external cookies to a minimum.

4. Consent and withdrawal

The first time you visit our website, we ask via a cookie banner whether you accept non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by updating your preferences in the banner or by clearing cookies in your browser.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

You can decide which cookies to accept through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Please note that some parts of the site or platform may not work as well as a result.
