Terms & conditions

Last updated: May 2026

These terms apply to every service we provide at handl.studio. We try to keep them as clear as possible so you know exactly what to expect from us, and what we expect from you.

handl.studio is a productized social media content service. A dedicated team conceives, creates, plans and publishes content for your social media channels. You stay in control through our approval platform.

2. Definitions

  • ‘We’, ‘us’, ‘handl.studio’: Tre Plus L.L.C., trading as handl.studio.
  • ‘Customer’: the company entering into an agreement with us.
  • ‘Services’: the handl.studio subscription and related content, planning and publishing services.
  • ‘Platform’: the web application where content is proposed, approved and scheduled.
  • ‘Content’: all text, visuals, video and posts we create or publish on behalf of the Customer.

3. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer, quote and agreement between handl.studio and the Customer. The Customer’s purchasing or other terms do not apply, unless we have agreed to them in writing.

4. Our services

handl.studio provides monthly and yearly subscriptions for social media content creation and management. Each plan defines how many posts, channels and revisions are included. Additional services such as video, extra revisions or extra channels are available as add-ons.

We do our work to the best of our ability. Our services are best-effort and not result-based; we cannot guarantee specific follower counts, reach or conversions.

5. Onboarding and content workflow

We start with a one-time onboarding to capture tone of voice, audience, goals and visual direction. After that, every content cycle works as follows:

  1. We prepare a content proposal for the upcoming period.
  2. The Customer reviews each item in the platform: approve, request a tweak or reject.
  3. Once approved, we plan and publish the content on the agreed channels.
  4. If the Customer does not respond within the agreed time, after a reminder we may treat content as approved, unless agreed otherwise.

6. Customer obligations

To keep the workflow smooth, the Customer agrees to:

  • provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information on time;
  • give feedback and approvals on time inside the platform;
  • ensure that materials they provide (logos, photos, videos, copy) are free of third-party rights or are properly licensed;
  • give us access to the relevant social media accounts through a secure method (for example Meta Business Suite or LinkedIn roles);
  • remain responsible for replies to posts, customer service and crisis communication, unless separately agreed.

7. Ownership and usage rights

Once the relevant invoices are fully paid, the Customer receives a perpetual, worldwide right to use content we created specifically for them, for their own marketing and communication purposes.

We reserve the right to feature work, anonymised or with permission, in our portfolio and marketing.

Underlying templates, scripts, workflows and software of handl.studio and the platform remain the property of Tre Plus L.L.C.

8. Pricing and payment

All prices are in euros and excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions are invoiced upfront monthly or yearly. One-time services such as onboarding are invoiced upfront.

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. We may suspend the service for late payment. Prices may be reviewed yearly; we communicate price changes at least one month in advance.

9. Term and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled monthly, effective at the end of the current term. Yearly subscriptions automatically renew for one year, unless cancelled at least one month before the end of the term.

You can cancel by emailing us or via the platform. Work already performed and subscription periods already paid are non-refundable.

10. Liability

handl.studio is not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, lost profits or reputational damage. Our total liability per event is limited to the amount the Customer has paid us in the three months before the event, with a maximum of EUR 10,000.

These limitations do not apply in case of intent or gross recklessness on the part of handl.studio.

11. Force majeure

In case of force majeure, including outages at hosting providers or social media platforms, we may temporarily suspend our obligations without becoming liable for damages. If force majeure lasts longer than 60 days, either party may terminate the agreement.

12. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us by the Customer as confidential and only share it with employees and suppliers who need access to deliver our service.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law assigns another court.

Customers based in Kosovo may, in addition, bring disputes before the competent court in Pristina, Republic of Kosovo.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect thirty days after publication on this page. For material changes we will inform existing customers in advance.
