At handl.studio we treat personal data with care. This privacy policy explains, in plain language, what data we process, why we process it and what rights you have. It applies to our website, our platform and every service we provide.
1. Who we are
handl.studio is a trading name of Tre Plus L.L.C., registered at Prime Residence II, Kulla A, Floor 18, No. 50, Ukshin Hoti Street, Pristina, Republic of Kosovo. Tre Plus L.L.C. is registered under business number 812305838.

2. What data we collect
We only collect what we need to deliver our service well. This may include:
- Contact details for you or a colleague: name, role, business email and phone number.
- Business details: company name, registration number, VAT number, billing and visiting address.
- Account details: login credentials, language preference and role inside your workspace.
- Content and input you share inside the platform: brand guidelines, briefs, feedback, approvals and attachments.
- Communication via email, forms or the platform.
- Billing and payment data, processed by our payment provider.
- Technical data from your visit to the website or platform, such as IP address, browser type, device, language and on-site behaviour.
We never ask for sensitive personal data and we keep collection to a minimum.
3. Why we use this data
We use personal data for the following purposes:
- To deliver our service: creating, planning, approving and publishing content on your social media channels.
- To manage your account, subscription and invoicing.
- To answer questions, demo requests and support requests.
- To improve our website, platform and processes.
- To send service updates and, only with your consent, marketing or newsletter communication.
- To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting requirements.
4. Legal basis for processing
We only process personal data when there is a legal basis under the EU GDPR (in the Netherlands) or Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data (in Kosovo):
- Performance of a contract: to deliver our service.
- Legal obligation: for example tax and accounting rules.
- Legitimate interest: to keep our service safe and reliable and to inform existing customers about relevant updates.
- Consent: for optional cookies and for marketing communication. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who we share data with
We only share data with parties that help us deliver our service. With each of them we sign a data processing agreement. They include:
- Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers (for storage, backups and email).
- Software we use for planning, publishing and analytics.
- Social media platforms where we publish on your behalf (such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest).
- Our payment provider for processing payments.
- Our accountant and legal advisors, where needed.
We never sell your data to third parties.
6. International transfers
handl.studio is delivered from the Netherlands and Kosovo. Our development teams and part of our infrastructure are based in Kosovo. Some of our suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases we ensure an appropriate level of protection, for example through Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and additional technical measures.
7. How long we keep data
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary. Indicative retention periods:
- Account and project data: as long as you are a customer and up to 24 months after, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
- Contact form requests: up to 24 months.
- Invoices and accounting records: 7 years (statutory retention in the Netherlands).
- Marketing contacts: as long as you give consent or until you unsubscribe.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls, backups and regular reviews of our systems. In case of a data breach with risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and, where required, you within the legal time frames.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Kosovo data protection law you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase your data, where legally allowed;
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent you previously gave.
You can send a request to privacy@handl.studio. We aim to respond within four weeks.
Not happy with our response? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or with the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo (aip.rks-gov.net).
10. Changes
We may update this privacy policy, for example when our service or applicable laws change. The latest version is always on this page. For significant changes, we will notify you in advance.
